Utilizing the Mazaheri LASIK Method

At No Cuts Lasik, enhancing your vision is our priority. Our eye surgeon, Dr. Mehrdad Mazaheri, does only flapless LASIK procedures with his patented protocol for your quick visual recovery.

Correcting Vision Problems Effectively

Flapless LASIK is one of the most technologically advanced methods for correcting nearsightedness, astigmatism, and farsightedness. With many years of surgeries performed, its safety and effectiveness are now unquestionable.

What Happens During the Procedure?

We administer the eye drops to the numb eye to ensure our patient’s maximum comfort. Afterward, we position a device to prevent them from blinking throughout the procedure.

We remove a few fine layers of corneal epithelium using a special instrument. Dr. M will then reshape the eye to the patient’s desired vision through an excimer laser.

Why Get a No Cut LASIK Surgery?

Our patients enjoy the following benefits of a LASIK procedure:

  • Safety/Safety/Safety
  • Long-term, Up to 30% Thicker Cornea
  • Reduced Anxiety
  • Enhanced, Sharp, and Clear Vision Quality
  • Recovery With Minimal Downtime
  • Reduced or Eliminated the Need for Glasses or Contact Lenses
  • Latest Surgical Cosmetic Procedures that Do Not Involve Invasive Procedures

LASIK Technology We Utilize

By creating a unique map of the eye, the Wavefront™ system offers a greater chance of achieving 20/20 vision through LASIK surgery.

In the flapless version, we do not cut but remove the epithelium and reach the cornea at a much less superficial layer.

Treatments We Offer

Advanced Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK)

We perform this LASIK procedure with the patient’s utmost safety and comfort in mind.

Effective Dry Eye Treatments

Over two decades of experience with Dry Eye Treatments.

Glaucoma General Treatment

Glaucoma is a degenerative eye disease caused by pressure or damage to the optic nerve.

Cataract patients looking to improve their vision may be candidates for Crystalens implantable lenses. These can also serve as an alternative solution for patients who are not eligible for LASIK surgery.
These lenses allow the patient to achieve 20/20 vision or better and focus at near, far, and intermediate distances.

ReSTOR Lenses

These lenses are the ideal solutions to eliminate cataracts and decrease glasses dependency. They are especially effective in improving nearsightedness and offer several of the same benefits as Crystalens.

Reminders Before Going Through a Surgery

Our patients at No Cuts Lasik can expect few to no complications after the procedure, leading to a significant improvement in their vision. However, since all surgery carries some risks, our eye doctor will conduct pre-operative testing for each patient.

Trusted LASIK Expert in Texas

Dr. Mazaheri can perform this minimally invasive procedure at his office in less time than you can imagine. He serves patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area, including those in Richardson and Dallas, Texas.

About Dr. Mazaheri

After starting college very early, Dr. M spent the next 13 years of his life studying to become an eye surgeon. With more than 22 years of experience, he improved the regular procedure to what most won’t believe to be possible.
His patients include other LASIK surgeons’ family members and U.S. military’s special forces officers. Using his multiple patents, he is also the only known surgeon in the country who don’t cut the eye for LASIK surgery since.
The no-cutting procedure leads to lesser risk and anxiety and thicker corneas.
Many people believe his evolvement of the surgery process through his lifetime of hard work will someday make him the father of the next generation of LASIK and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).
